1123.01. Types of Approvals Covered
The provisions of this Section apply to any type of official City action requested by a private party related to a
development project, such as a rezoning or special use approval, special exception variance or hardship variance
approval, approval of a subdivision or site development plan, issuance of a development permit or building permit,
or hookup to a public utility.
