Digital submissions

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

Article Eleven. Procedures and Permits

In addition to the requirements of this Development Code for the submission of printed copies, development
plans, as-built data drawings and all final subdivision plats approved for recordation shall be submitted to the
Planning and Development Department in a digital format as follows:

1. Digital drawing files shall be submitted in Adobe PDF format and shall include:
a. Final plat as approved as required under Section 1115.03
b. As-built survey drawings as required under Section 1127.02(1).
c.
Site Development plans as required under Section 1116.
2. CCTV all installed pipes and provide the footage.
