Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Where construction is proposed to extend onto adjacent property, an encroachment agreement or easement
signed by the impacted property owner(s) and recorded with Gwinnett County Superior Court shall be submitted
to the Planning and Development Department with the Site Plan.
