Concept Plan Specifications; General

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

## Text

1. The Concept Plan for a subdivision or site development shall be clearly and legibly drawn at a scale of not
less than 100 feet to one inch on a sheet size which shall not exceed 48 inches by 36 inches; however, a
scale of 200 feet to one inch may be used to avoid sheet sizes larger than 48 inches by 36 inches. The
Planning and Development Director may approve other sheet sizes as deemed appropriate.
2. The Concept Plan may be prepared as a freehand drawing to approximate scale showing the proposed
improvements, rights-of-way, lot lines, etc., produced on a boundary survey or other property outline
map of the property.
