Industrial or Construction Activity Discharges

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

## Text

1. Any person subject to an industrial or construction activity NPDES stormwater discharge permit shall
comply with all provisions of such permit.
2. Proof of compliance with said permit may be required in a form acceptable to the City prior to allowing
discharges to the city separate storm sewer system.
