# Duluth UDC § 1027

Applicability

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

## Text

Division V of this Article shall apply throughout the incorporated area of the City of Duluth. The City may enter into
agreements with other municipalities to carry out the purpose of this Code Division. These agreements may
include, but are not limited to, enforcement of provisions, resolution of disputes, and cooperative monitoring and
management of the separate storm sewer system and management programs.
