Compliance with the Approved Stormwater Management Plan

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

All development shall be:

1. consistent with the approved stormwater management plan and all applicable land disturbance and
building permits, and

2. conducted only within the area specified in the approved stormwater management plan.
a. No changes may be made to an approved stormwater management plan without review and

advanced written approval by the administrator.
